Helen Mitchell

Helen Mitchell started experimenting with creative writing while living in Canada in the 1970s. Her short stories have been published in various anthologies and read on Radio 5UV and PBAFM 89.7. Helen has had work published in UK magazines and she is currently shaping a novella, Fraternity, into a full-length novel. A second novel, Pilgrim Souls, completed as part of an MA in Creative Writing at the University of Adelaide, is being edited.
She has recently returned from the UK where she researched material for this project. Helen's all-time favourite read is Ulysses and she was thrilled to attend this year's Bloomsday in Dublin.
