Under 30 Publishing Opportunity
Hologram is a new publishing project by Express Media. In early 2014, Hologram will publish two novella-length books by Australian writers under 30. Manuscript submissions are now open, closing on 11 August. Above everything else, Hologram is designed to put more great books into the world. It's the step between a young writer appearing in journals and publishing a full-length manuscript. Hologram is making a place for writing that's too long, too short or too weird to go elsewhere. The books will be edited and published by Johannes Jakob, supported by Express Media and a range of mentors in the publishing industry. The project is made possible through the Australia Council for the Arts' Early Career Residency program.
