Colleen spent several years caring for her partner and found the journey both richly rewarding and challenging. During the most challenging times she found herself seeking some kind of personal support for her authentic self, her soul, her innermost thoughts and feelings. This book was written to provide that support to other carers. It is designed to become your own personal counsellor and journal, to use in whatever way is right for you.
Colleen has a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, from the University of South Australia. She is also anAuthorised Civil Marriage Celebrant.
