Refund Policy

The SA Writers’ Centre (SAWC) has a ‘no refund’ policy on our workshops, seminars, masterclasses and events.

Provided 3 working days notice is given, participants may use the paid funds as *credit for or towards the cost of attending another workshop, seminar, masterclass or event (space permitting) or towards membership fees.

*Please note: Credit cannot be used to purchase books or other products available from the SAWC shop.

The SAWC has a ‘no refund or return policy’ on books or other products purchased from the our shop, unless the goods are defective by fault of the publisher or distributor.

Conditions of Sale

Provided books and products are in stock, orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

The SA Writers’ Centre only dispatches via Australia Post standard mail from the Adelaide CBD.

For Purchases to be Delivered Outside Australian Territories

Books and products can be dispatched outside of Australian Territories.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and GST is included on all books and products, including workshops, seminars and masterclasses.
